The air conditioned main cottage was built in 2005, and has 3 plus bedrooms and 3 plus ensuite bathrooms, Muskoka Room, Office Library, and a Studio. The downstairs walkout is 50 feet from the water. There are four fireplaces, (three story) the walkout area fireplace is wood burning, Great Room see through is propane as is the fireplace in the Master Bedroom. This cottage boasts approximately 4,300 sq.ft.

The Great Room features a massive natural river rock fireplace, with a hemlock mantel with electrical outlets for seasonal lighting. The unique sliding doors open up to a very large wraparound deck, with glass panels so your view of the lake is unobstructed. We have found dining there is bug free from May to October.

The kitchen is a gourmet's delight... with Granite counter tops, a six burner Decor propane cook top with the attachments and the convenience of a bar sink.. An Insta Hot for making tea, hot chocolate, etc. With matching separate stainless steel freezer and refrigerator units. Bosch Dishwasher, wall oven and a micro wave. Sliding door to the B-B-Q,, with propane hookup from the main tank. Adjoining octagon Muskoka Room. Breakfast room has a brass chandelier and a view of the lake.. A see through propane fireplace sets this kitchen off with the hemlock mantel.

Surround sound throughout the cottage with speakers on the deck. It is wired for additional speakers and a camera at the front door entrance. The granite counter is also wired for telephone and TV.

In the walkout area it has a separate Mechanical Room where the water purification system as well as the water boiler and hot water storage tank are located. Along with the central vacuum system and the in floor heating apparatus. It is also wired for generator power. The walkout area also boasts a huge storage area with a large window which could be used for an other bedroom, or an in home theatre.
